Tokyo Electron Installation
The 90” w by 32” h by 4” d wall sculpture is made up of 10 sections. Wavy IV is shipped in two boxes. One box holds 5 sections, the other box holds 5 sections.
Steps:
Remove the foam core structure from the box using the handle. (Note that the handle got torn off from the foam core in Box 1. If needed carefully cut the cardboard box around the edges with a utility knife to remove the foam core structure.)
Remove the blue tape holding down the clips
Remove the yellow twist ties that keep each section attached to the foam core structure. Do not remove the yellow twist ties holding the clips to the section yet.
Note that when handling the sections, please hold by wires not rocks with two hands for the larger sections
Tape the template on the wall in the desired location.
Remove the yellow twist ties on the clips.
Each section is numbered and corresponds to a number on the template. Note that the wide end of some sections may protrude beyond the border slightly, that’s ok, if needed move the point of the section just beyond the border. The green tape is placed at the top of each section. Place each section over the template on the corresponding numbers and screw the clips to the wall using the provided screws. Using the extra clips provided, place a clip on each “U” shaped bracket flat side down and screw it to the wall. See image below for an example of how the “U” brackets are attached to the wall.
After each section has been installed, tear out the paper template from underneath the sections.
